Pearls and Velvet!

Hi sweeties! Here it is the second part, just an hour before the party!

I want to show you the look I chose for the event. 
In fact it was very simple with an aristocratic touch and a pinch of romance, true to my style,

not to pretend to be someone I'm not.

I love the two materials it was made of: precious pearls on soft velvet. And the best of all? The price, very economical!

¡Hola chicos! Aquí os traigo la segunda parte, justo una hora antes de la fiesta. Os quiero enseñar el look que escogí para este evento. En realidad es muy sencillo pero con un toque aristocrático y una pizca de romance, fiel a mi estilo.
Me encantan los materiales que predominan: preciosas perlas sobre suave terciopelo. 
¿Y lo mejor de todo? El precio, ¡muy económico!

A Great Night Coming!

Finally it's Friday and the weekend is closer than ever!

Last week a very special event took place, it was my expected “Paso de Ecuador”. It is a party that we celebrate when we got half of our careers in college and we organize a dinner and a party for all the students in the grade. It was a great night, I should say that it was unforgettable: good food, music, glam in every corner and surrounded by very special people that I love, my wonderful friends, what more could I ask for?

With this post I will start a 3 part series in which I will show you my hairstyle and makeup, the dress I chose and the party itself.

The hairstyle chosen for the occasion, as you will see, is a low bun a bit undone and the makeup consists of soft colors, pearly and subtly metallic to give the romantic touch that I tried to get with the whole look.

¡Por fin es viernes y el fin de semana está más cerca que nunca!

La semana pasada ocurrió algo muy especial y fantástico, fue mi esperado paso de Ecuador.  Se trata de  una fiesta que celebramos cuando llegamos a la mitad de nuestras carreras en la universidad y para celebrarlo organizamos una cena y una fiesta todos los estudiantes del curso. Fue una gran noche, incluso la podría calificar de inolvidable: buena comida, música, glamour en cada esquina y rodeada de personas muy especiales y a las que quiero un montón, mis amigas, ¿qué más se puede pedir?

Con este post voy a iniciar una serie de 3 partes en las que os voy a mostrar mi peinado y maquillaje, el vestido que escogí y la fiesta propiamente dicha.

El peinado elegido para la ocasión, como podréis apreciar, es un moño bajo, deshecho y el maquillaje que lo acompaña está compuesto por tonos suaves, nacarados y sutilmente metalizados para dar el toque romántico que trataba de conseguir con el look completo.

Fallen Leaves

Hi sweeties! Finally I’m back after 3 endless weeks doing my exams at University. But I’m here to stay!

Today I bring a very autumnal look and as the scene a park full of fallen leaves. It may sound a bit cliché, but I had an inner voice telling me I had to do it and after all the result is not so bad right?

I love the fall; in fact this is my favorite season. The colors of the landscape, the way the light comes into my bedroom every morning, the ground covered with a blanket of crunchy leaves and the smell of baked apples revive tender memories of my childhood.

The pants I have chosen for this post captivated me from the moment I saw them, I love them because they mix two trends: military green and floral print.

¡Hola chicas! Por fin estoy de vuelta después de 3 semanas interminables haciendo exámenes en la universidad. ¡Pero estoy aquí para quedarme!

Hoy os traigo un look en tonos muy otoñales y como escenario un parque lleno de hojas caídas. Quizás suene a cliché, pero había una vocecita interna que me decía que tenía que hacerlo y al fin y al cabo el resultado no ha sido tan malo ¿no?

Me encanta el otoño, de hecho es mi estación del año favorita. Los colores que nos ofrece el paisaje, la forma en que la luz entra todas las mañanas por mi ventana, el suelo cubierto de un manto crujiente de hojas y el olor de las manzanas asadas me hacen revivir tiernos recuerdos de la infancia.

Los pantalones que he elegido para el post me cautivaron en cuanto los vi, me gustan porque mezclan dos tendencias: el color verde militar y el estampado de flores.
